“A Woman’s Destiny” Empowering Event will provide attendees with education, resources, and networking opportunities that empower women of all ages. Our focus is on women who pledge to take back their lives no matter their background or present status. Married or Single, In a relationship, or just broken up from a relationship. Unemployed, business owner, mother, sister, daughter, Christian or not, they will be able to experience inspiration at a intensified level. Destined 2 B U Empowerment Group will host this event to give light where shadows lurk and provide an atmosphere filled with products and services of local businesses and organizations.
This event is open to the women only. We will feature
seminars by life coaches, fun and engaging activities, and an uplifting,
excitement-filled time for our all women. Self-assurance is a quality that
women and young women in this area need to reclaim in order to walk with
purpose and discover the woman that they have always been within. Ladies will be selected to receive a full makeover. Are you ready for a changed life?

Comedian
Well, were do I start?, I’m a young comedian coming out of Stockton, I was born and raised here, and love it, you probably wanna know how I got my start in comedy. Well, in college at the time I was known as the “Baggin “King”, which was called “snapn” well, I met a guy by the name of larry, (who was a comic at the time), saw me go in on some chic at the school, and he dared me to write some jokes and come back and perform them in front of an audience..Insane Wayne don’t back down from no challenge fool, so I went home and put in an effort, and came out with a smashing set.
He then challenged me to go to a place called “Laffs Unlimited”, were I busted my comedy cherry so to speak, and I got a standing “O” and people in the audience thought I’d been doing comedy for some years. And, plus I like the attention. Every since then I’ve been smashing stages all over the united states. I’ve been on stages with, and opened up for comics such as, BRUCE BRUCE, LUNELLE, DL HUGLEY, LAVELLE CRAWFORD, KAT WILLIAMS, BRA MAN, RNEZ J, RODNEY PERRY, MICHEAL COLLIER, JOE CLARE, ROGGER ROD, SCRUNCHO, ESAU, just to name a few. Recently won 1st place in the Bay Area Black Comedy Competition, "I'm just doing my thang," as they say.

Dr. Walter Sims is a professional motivational speaker, a certified spiritual life coach, author, TV & radio show host, and actor. He uses various dynamic coaching techniques such as subconscious reconditioning to help you determine what God’s purpose is for your life. His goal is bridging the gap between where you are and where God wants you to be!
Dr. Sims has been a spiritual leader for more than two decades. He has a Master’s of Ministry degree from Bethany Baptist Bible College in Dothan, AL; a Doctorate of Divinity degree from the Andersonville Theological Seminary in Camilla, GA; and his coaching certification from the Tonoa Bond Institute. A dynamic leader in the professional world, Dr. Sims also holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama in Birmingham.
He is a family man; married to Stephanie for 20 years and has two sons; Jonathan (15) and Jordan (13).
